📦 Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

EmpowerFit uses Shopify’s real-time shipping rates at checkout to give you the most accurate cost based on your location, package weight, and carrier availability.

We offer free standard U.S. shipping on orders over $75 — no code needed. Discount is applied automatically at checkout.

All orders come with real-time tracking powered by Shopify. You'll get an email with a tracking link as soon as your package ships.
You can also log into your account to check order status anytime.
🚫 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
EmpowerFit is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once shipped. However, we’ll always do our best to help! Contact us at [your email] if you experience any issues.
