🛍️ EmpowerFit Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to feel empowered and confident in every piece you wear — that’s why we’ve made returns and exchanges as easy as possible.

🔁 Returns

If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Must be returned in original packaging (where applicable).

  • Proof of purchase is required (your order number or confirmation email works!).

Non-returnable items:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Underwear or socks (for hygiene reasons)


🔄 Exchanges

Need a different size or style? No problem — we offer free exchanges within 30 days!

Just contact us with your order number and what you’d like to exchange, and we’ll get you sorted.


💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our end).

  • For exchanges, we cover the shipping of the new item to you.
